Do you have wounds?
Do you have scars?
Are you wandering…
through the shadows?
Do you have wounds?
Do you have scars? You’re still beautiful to me.
Love is
Meeting. Parting.
The first utaite song I’d ever heard. I love Kuripurin’s voice. It’s so gentle and calming. ♥♥
Also, bonus points for the massive nostalgia factor going into this song.
Jean Craighead George, Children’s Author, Dies at 92
I just found out she passed away a couple weeks ago. My Side of the Mountain was my favorite childhood book and it instilled in me a deep respect and love for nature and all its creatures.
Rest in peace, you beautiful soul.
And you would accept the seasons of your heart, even as you have always accepted the seasons that pass over your fields.
And you would watch with serenity through the winters of your grief.
Sola dosis facit venenum.
(Only the dose makes a thing not a poison.)
Paracelsus
Your words always ring clearly through my mind,
…and with them I will never lose my way.
“Hold me up / when I try to give and all I get is hurt / And it’s okay that I feel faded today / Lord I know that I can find some peace in this world. / Its a mad life that we know / Still I try to see the beauty all around…”
-Mad Life, Dishwalla
Accidental philosphy
Still one of my favorite comment chains from all of Tumblr.
You know I do
I do you love you
Even your tired image
Even your silhouette growing smaller in the distance
I do, I do love you
Every little piece of you
Every little piece of you, I love.
